Measure your dog's chest girth around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. Compare your measurement with our Size Guide before ordering.
What if my dog is between sizes?
If your dog is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size and adjusting the straps for a secure and comfortable fit.
How should the harness fit?
The harness should be snug and secure without restricting your dog's movement or breathing. You should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the harness and your dog's body.

Shipping & Orders
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery information is shown during checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within the cancellation period specified in our Cancellation Policy, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawjourneystore.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We'll help resolve it.
Returns
Can I return the harness?

Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
